Your employer will usually specify within the settlement agreement an amount which they will pay towards you obtaining advice in relation to the settlement agreement. This typically ranges between £350 plus VAT and £750 plus VAT. We will limit our fees to the amount your employer is contributing, which means that we will not charge you anymore than your employer is willing to contribute. This means that your employer will pay for the advice you receive.
